Job Details

This position is focused on pre-litigation. You will:

  • Own all pre-litigation work on your docket
  • Make sure clients understand the process they will undertake
  • Draft all documents related to pre-litigation
  • Oversee all negotiations and demands

What we're looking for:

  • Must be a member of the CA bar
  • Must have a degree from an accredited law school
  • At least 1 year of PI experience
  • You must be willing to work at volume, we are a volume firm
  • You must be open to some trial work down the line
