- Represent clients in all litigation stages, including pre-litigation, settlement, and appeals.
- Manage case files, assess injury severity and case value within 30 days, and ensure compliance with deadlines.
- Draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery, and subpoenas.
- Communicate effectively with clients, witnesses, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Negotiate settlements, review liens, and handle disbursements.
- Appear at hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials.
- Must have a Juris Doctor, active law license, at least five years of personal injury litigation experience, and trial experience, preferably in medical malpractice or wrongful death. Proficiency in legal software and strong communication skills are essential.
