- Proven experience practicing personal injury law with a strong track record of successful litigation outcomes
- Demonstrated expertise in legal research platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Familiarity with related legal fields including estate planning, environmental law, family law, workers’ compensation law, tribal law & regulations, securities law, patent law, landlord-tenant law, immigration law, and litigation strategies
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients’ interests
- Strong legal drafting and writing skills that convey complex information clearly and persuasively
- Prior experience working in a law office environment with legal administrative responsibilities
- Knowledge of legal research techniques and tools to support case preparation and strategy development
- Manage all phases of personal injury cases from initial client consultation through trial and settlement negotiations
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case development
- Draft and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements with precision and clarity
- Develop case strategies by analyzing evidence, interviewing witnesses, and assessing liability and damages
- Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to maximize client benefits
- Represent clients confidently in court proceedings, mediations, and depositions while adhering to ethical standards
- Maintain meticulous case files, track deadlines, and ensure compliance with all procedural rules
