Personal Injury Case Manager (Bilingual – English/Spanish).
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls.
- communicate with clients.
- follow up regularly.
- track medical treatment and records.
- assist with resolving property damage claims.
- coordinate lost wage documentation, and provide support to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients throughout their cases.
