Confidential Employer.Job DescriptionRepresent clients throughout all phases of personal injury matters.Manage and develop case strategy with guidance from experienced attorneys.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence.Take and defend depositions as experience allows.Negotiate settlements with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.Prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial.Communicate regularly with clients and provide outstanding client service.Collaborate with attorneys and staff to achieve successful case outcomes.QualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.Active Oklahoma Bar license.1+ year of personal injury law experience on either the plaintiff or defense side.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Motivated, professional, and client-focused.Litigation experience is a plus but not required.Why You Will Love Working HereYou'll become part of a supportive team that values mentorship, flexibility, and career development.
