YOUR TYPICAL DAY

Manage a substantial personal injury docket from intake through resolution
Evaluate claims, set strategy, and drive cases through litigation when needed
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery; conduct legal research
Take and defend depositions, attend hearings, and represent clients in court
Negotiate settlements and collaborate closely with case teams and clients

YOU HAVE / BACKGROUND PROFILE

JD from an accredited law school with active Texas bar membership
5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury experience
Proven results managing high-volume caseloads and settlements/verdicts
Strong litigation, negotiation, and trial preparation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

EXTRA CREDIT / NICE TO HAVES

Texas licensure & New Mexico license is a plus!
Trial experience (first or second chair)
Bilingual English/Spanish highly preferred
Comfort with legal technology tools
