The ideal candidate will have a passion for standing up for the rights of injury victims and securing justice on their behalf.Key Responsibilities:Client Representation: Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and wrongful death claims.Legal Strategy: Conduct thorough case investigations, assess liability, and develop strong legal strategies for each case.Document Preparation: Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in a timely and precise manner.Negotiation & Settlement: Engage in settlement negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.Litigation: Represent clients in depositions, mediations, and courtroom trials when settlements are not possible.Client Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and clear explanations of the legal process.Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure case success.Qualifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degreeActive CA Bar License2+ years of experience in personal injury law.Proven track record of negotiating settlements and trying cases to verdict.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.Excellent client management and interpersonal skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
