Associate Attorney

Experience: 2 - 5 years

Location: Orlando or Tampa, Florida

A well-established law firm in Orlando is seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated attorney looking to gain hands-on experience in litigation, case strategy, and client advocacy.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all aspects of litigation, including legal research, drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery.
  • Represent clients in hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
  • Work closely with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.
  • Conduct client consultations and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Stay current on relevant laws and legal trends to provide effective counsel.
Qualifications:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active Florida Bar membership.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in practice area, commercial litigation, insurance defense, and construction defense .
  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
