Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

EverStaff has partnered with a highly respected and rapidly growing personal injury law firm located in Miami Lakes, Florida, seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team. This firm handles serious and catastrophic injury cases and is known for empowering its legal professionals by allowing them to focus solely on legal strategy and advocacy. Administrative and support tasks are handled by a robust, dedicated team—so you can do what only attorneys should do: practice law at a high level.

Position Highlights:
  • Location: Miami Lakes, FL
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM EST
  • Salary: $95,000 – $160,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interview potential clients and witnesses to evaluate case viability
  • Strategize and oversee litigation from case filing to final resolution
  • Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery
  • Engage in negotiation and settlement discussions with opposing parties
  • Take and defend depositions; prepare clients for testimony
  • Represent clients at mediations and, when necessary, at trial
  • Provide legal counsel and maintain ongoing communication with clients
  • Work closely with other attorneys to ensure high-quality legal outcomes
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in personal injury litigation (required)
  • JD from an ABA-accredited law school
  • Active member in good standing with the Florida Bar
  • Strong litigation, negotiation, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Client-service mindset with professionalism and accountability
