Growing Maryland plaintiff's law firm is seeking multiple attorneys for its expanding Personal Injury Department.
We are hiring:
- Attorneys with 3-5 years of personal injury litigation experience, and
- Entry-level attorneys (0-2 years) eager to develop courtroom skills.
Job Responsibilities
Experienced Attorneys
- Handle cases in District and Circuit Court
- Manage files from filing to resolution
- Conduct depositions and court appearances
- Assist with trial prep and work
- Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
Entry-Level Attorneys
- Assist with litigation and case prep
- Draft pleadings and motions
- Attend hearings and depositions
- Work with senior attorneys for training
- Develop litigation and advocacy skills
Qualifications
- Maryland Bar License (Required)
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Personal injury experience preferred for experienced candidates
Pay ranges from $70,000 to $100,000 annually.
