We are looking for a dynamic and dedicated Permanent Personal Injury Attorney to join our highly reputable legal firm. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury law, with a specific focus on PI Litigation and Tort Litigation. This role involves providing expert legal advice and representation to clients who have suffered personal injuries as a result of accidents or negligence. You will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned attorney who is passionate about fighting for justice and advocating for the rights of injured individuals.

Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception through to resolution.
2. Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
3. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
4. Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
5. Liaise with medical professionals, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to gather evidence and negotiate settlements.
6. Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
7. Stay up-to-date with changes in personal injury law and legal practice to ensure the highest standard of legal service.
8. Collaborate with other attorneys in the firm to optimize case outcomes and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Current membership with the Virginia State Bar.
3. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney, with significant trial experience.
4. Proven experience in PI Litigation and Tort Litigation.
5. Excellent legal research and writing skills.
6. Strong case management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.
7. Exceptional client relations skills, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of client service.
8. Demonstrated ability to represent clients in court and effectively argue cases.
9. Knowledge of current personal injury law and legal practice.

This position requires an attorney who is a strong litigator, an effective negotiator, and a skilled communicator.
