As an associate you will work closely with our talented Trial Attorneys, providing support before, during and after trials. This is an opportunity to learn and develop litigation skills alongside world-class trial attorneys. You will learn and execute the playbook, becoming a polished and well-rounded litigator.ResponsibilitiesProvide legal support to clients and trial assist attorneysMaintain client relationshipsHelp prepare demands and work with cases pre-suitPrepare legal reports and documentsInteraction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavitsAttendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearancesWork closely with Litigation Paralegals and Case ManagersQualificationsLaw degree from a fully accredited law schoolAn active member in good standing with the CA State Bar Association1+ years of Litigation experience (PI preferred).Strong communication and interpersonal skillsStrong interest in Personal Injury Law.Self-starter driven by long-term career goalsSuperior writing and oral advocacy skillsSalary Range$100,000 - $125,000 USDBenefitsMorgan & Morgan is a leading personal injury law firm dedicated to protecting the people, not the powerful.
