Personal Household Coordinator

Location: Frisco, Texas
Hours: Approximately 25–40 hours per week
Compensation: Based on experience
Setting: A private, faith-filled family home

Is This You?

Some people are quietly, deeply happy when the people they care about are cared for. You find real joy in creating order, anticipating needs before they're spoken, and being the steady, dependable presence that brings a family peace and order.

You don't need the spotlight. Your fulfillment comes from serving well, doing things right, and knowing that because of you, everything runs smoothly and nothing falls through the cracks.

If that's your heart, keep reading. This role was made for you.

About the Home

We are a faith-driven family in the Frisco, Texas area, and we're looking for a trusted Personal Household Coordinator to serve our home with excellence, warmth, and care.

Above all, this is a faith-filled home where God is always first, in the decisions we make and the joyful rhythm of everyday life. It matters deeply to us that this person understands and honors the importance of faith in our home, and shares that same servant's heart.

This role is not about errands. It's about lovingly owning the systems that keep our household running, so our family can be fully present for the people and the calling in front of them, and never have to think about home logistics at all.

What You'll Lovingly Own

Home Systems— Vendors (scheduling, oversight, accountability), a proactive maintenance calendar, house readiness and standards, and a supplies inventory system so nothing runs out.

Family Logistics— All the calendars (doctor, school, events, personal), birthdays, gifts, holidays, and travel planning, and the gentle coordination of people, timing, and reminders.

Procurement & Errands — The grocery system (Instacart loops and recurring lists), household shopping, returns, exchanges, and subscriptions.

Personal Assistant Support— Appointment scheduling, personal errands, and thoughtfully filtering communication so the family's time and peace are protected.

Financial Stewardship— Caring for the family's finances across vendors and budgets: making sure vendors show up and do the work right at fair prices, tracking expenses, flagging overcharges, and being a faithful steward of every dollar.

What Success Looks Like

  • Anticipation — You learn our family's choices, preferences, and standards so well that decisions get easier and needs are met before they're spoken. Nothing runs out, nothing is missed, and there's no last-minute scrambling.
  • Steady systems — You build the quiet infrastructure behind a peaceful home: vendor lists, simple household SOPs, grocery templates, a seasonal maintenance calendar, and a gift tracker for every person and every date.
  • Trust & stewardship — You handle our home, our information, and our money with care and discretion and we feel it. When you do this well, our family simply rests, knowing everything is handled.

Your First 90 Days

In your first 90 days, you'll create the household's workflow and scheduling rhythms... establishing how things get done, when, and the simple systems that keep them running. This is the loving foundation the whole home will run on going forward.

Trust, Reporting & Stewardship

Because trust and peace of mind matter so much in a home, this role runs on a simple, caring rhythm: a short weekly check-in, a simple weekly report (what got done, what's pending, what needs approval), and pre-agreed spending limits so you're never blocked and the family is never surprised.

Who You Are

  • A servant-hearted person who finds genuine joy in caring for others
  • Steady, patient, loyal, and dependable
  • Deeply organized, detail-oriented, and accurate; you take real pride in doing things right
  • Anticipatory, you notice needs before anyone has to ask
  • Discreet and trustworthy with a family's home, information, and finances
  • A faithful steward of money, mindful of budgets, expenses, and value
  • Warm but firm with vendors, kind, never a pushover
  • Faith-filled, and someone who understands the importance of keeping God first in the home

Experience

  • 3–5+ years in household management, personal/executive assisting, or chief-of-staff support
  • Experience managing vendors, complex calendars, and family logistics
  • Experience managing budgets and household or project expenses
  • Comfortable building simple systems, SOPs, and trackers from scratch
  • Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record
  • Comfort running frequent local errands
  • Discretion supporting a private household
