Personal Care Attendant

Overnight shift available immediately from 9pm-5am, Monday-Friday at $15/hr and weekends at $16/hr, paid weekly. Must be vaccinated.

Job Summary:

Provide personal assistance and health-related services in patients' homes, ensuring a safe, clean environment. Collaborate with patients, families, and report observations to supervisors.

Qualifications:

• Under 18: High school graduate or enrolled in vocational program; demonstrate competency for assigned tasks.
• 18 and older: Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation; proof of competency through education or experience.
• Skills: Follow instructions, show interest in elderly/disabled welfare, pass competency evaluations, and perform specific tasks like G-Tube feedings if required.
• Background checks: Pass criminal and misconduct registry checks.

  Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Work in varied home conditions, possible exposure to blood/infectious diseases, requiring flexibility and local travel.
• Physical effort includes prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and manual dexterity to operate medical equipment.
