We are looking for a compassionate PCA to join our team full time all shifts. As a Personal Care Assistant, your main role will be to deliver care to our residents within a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment.

PCA Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff. • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support. • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care. • Other duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Valid CNA/HALNA license required. • No certification? No problem. We will train the right person. • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required. • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
