About the Role:Join HOME CARE SOLUTIONS LLC as a Personal Care Assistant in Hartwell, GA, where you will make a difference in the lives of our clients. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, ensuring our clients feel comfortable and supported in their daily activities.
Responsibilities:- Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' health and behavior to the care team.
- Help clients with mobility and transportation needs, ensuring safety at all times.
- Medication reminders
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, following health protocols.
- Document care provided and update care plans as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the office
Requirements for this job:- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
- Ability to follow care plans and execute tasks independently.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
- Must pass background checks and drug screenings.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to use the Hoyer lift or willingness to learn
- Experience with dealing with wheel chair bound individuals
