Position Overview:A Personal Care Aide (PCA) and a Home Health Aide (HHA) are individuals who provide personal care, nutritional support, assistance with personal hygiene, home management, and environmental maintenance to help someone remain safely in their home, especially during disruptions caused by illness, disability, social disadvantage, or other challenges, while working under the direct supervision of a licensed nurse.

Vital signs monitoring

Observation & Communication:
Noticing changes in patient health
Reporting to nurses/family
