About the Role

You'll serve as the primary strategic lead for coaching clients - owning the full roadmap from first conversation through launch while directing internal specialists across funnels, content, and CRM. You own the strategy. You own the result.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Run high-level strategy sessions with coaching clients to define their offer, messaging, and market positioning
• Build and own the full client roadmap from concept through launch and beyond
• Direct internal teams across funnels, content, CRM, and automations with clarity and precision
• Develop personal brand and organic growth strategies that actually move the needle
• Architect funnel and lead generation systems and oversee GoHighLevel implementation
• Use AI tools to accelerate strategy and content development - then elevate the output until it's right
• Jump in and execute when a critical deliverable needs hands that know what they're doing

What We're Looking For

• Real experience inside the online coaching industry - launching, scaling, or consulting
• Strong command of personal branding, offer design, and positioning strategy
• Working knowledge of GoHighLevel, funnels, CRMs, and lead generation systems
• Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and drive them to outcomes
• AI fluency - you know how to use it to build faster without letting it lower your standards

Compensation & Perks

• Starting Salary: $95,000
• Full-time | On-site | Fountain Hills, AZ
