Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, responding promptly to agents and policyholders, entering policies, endorsements, and renewals, and supporting underwriting processes.
Qualifications include prior customer service experience, strong communication skills, a high school diploma, and a P&C license is a plus. Bilingual in Spanish is a bonus.
