About The Role

We are in search of a Personal Assistant who is exceptionally dependable, self-motivated, and meticulous to assist an executive team. This role requires a hardworking, proactive, and dedicated individual with a positive attitude, driven by a passion for providing support and care to others.

The role involves handling personal responsibilities, ensuring executives can devote their complete attention to their core responsibilities to the company.

Please note: This position will require regular weekend tasks. The nature of the role will require complete flexibility, including weekend hours as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Working with Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff to coordinate responsibilities between personal and work life.
Upkeep and management of the home, including coordinating home cleaning and maintenance.
Coordinating healthcare needs and appointments of the family.
Support personal travel logistics as needed, including packing coordination, itineraries, reservations, transportation, and last-minute changes.
Assist with care of our loving office dog, Ginny, a four-year-old Cavapoo. This might include visits to the vet, walks, ordering supplies, emergencies, and feeding her.
Run errands and provide hands-on support, including purchases, returns, pickups, deliveries, gifting, and other personal tasks.
Tracking expenses and assisting with budgeting.

Requirements

Confidentiality and discretion.
Complete flexibility with schedule, including willingness to cancel plans on short notice. Willing and able to work outside standard business hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.
1+ years of prior experience supporting an executive or busy family in a Personal Assistant or similar role.
Highly proactive; able to anticipate needs, identify issues early, and solve problems independently.
Possesses persistence, resilience, and follow-through. Able to navigate ambiguity, setbacks, and high-pressure situations without losing momentum or attention to detail.
Familiarity with tools such as Google Calendar, Gmail, spreadsheets, expense tracking tools, and task management systems.
Comfortable and available to work in-person in Midtown Manhattan 5+ days a week.

Job Compensation Range

The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $130,000. EliseAI offers a competitive total rewards package which includes base salary, equity, and a comprehensive benefits & perks package. Exact compensation is determined based on a number of factors including experience, skill level, location and qualifications which are assessed during the interview process. Additional details about total compensation and benefits will be provided by our Recruiting Team during the hiring process.
