About the Role:
Join FOXHAVEN ROOFING GROUP LLC as a Permitting Manager in Jensen Beach, FL, where you will play a key role in streamlining our permitting processes. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering top-quality roofing solutions while ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the permitting process for all roofing projects.
- Coordinate with local municipalities to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
- Review and prepare permit applications and documentation for accuracy.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with building departments, project managers, production team and clients regarding permit statuses.
- Resolve any permitting issues or discrepancies that arise during the process.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve permitting efficiency.
- MUST be able to handle scheduling all inspections that are needed as well as the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- MUST be familiar with Broward Country, Palm Beach County & The Treasure Coast
- Familiarized with submitting and requesting Notice of Commencements, Notice of Terminations, and Certificate of Completions is a plus but not required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in permitting within the construction or roofing industry.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
