My client, a large healthcare organization in Alabama is seeking a Permanent Onsite System Patient Access Director to join their team. A Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration or related major is required, Master's degree is highly preferred. A Minimum of 10 years of progressive Patient Access experience within a hospital or multi-facility health system is required. A Minimum 7 years' direct leadership experience in Patient Access; including oversight of Emergency Department, Main Admitting, Ambulatory Registration, Financial Clearance, Insurance Verification, Scheduling, Authorization, and Medical Necessity is required too.
