Job Title: Perm - Mammography Technologist (Days)
Location: Peterborough, NH

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mammography Technologist to join our reputable healthcare team. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to patient care excellence in a supportive and collaborative environment. The successful candidate will perform mammographic procedures with precision, uphold safety standards, and participate in a dynamic clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammographic imaging procedures for diverse patient populations in accordance with physician orders, ensuring timely and accurate results.
  • Coordinate case management efficiently with team members to maintain highest levels of patient throughput and care quality.
  • Conduct daily quality control assessments on imaging equipment to ensure optimal performance and compliance with accreditation standards (e.g., ACR) and state regulations.
  • Assist in the maintenance, reporting, and repair of equipment to support operational excellence.
  • Create a professional, welcoming environment for patients, visitors, and staff, upholding the institution’s standards of service.
  • Manage all administrative procedures related to mammography, including processing charges, interpreting films, generating reports, and maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Strictly follow radiation safety protocols, universal precautions, and hospital safety policies during all procedures.
  • Report safety hazards or incidents promptly and participate in safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Valid ARRT certification in Mammography (VMS certification preferred)
  • BLS (AHA) certification required
  • Proven experience in performing mammography in a clinical setting
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety and quality assurance procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly rate: $38–$56, commensurate with experience
  • Potential to advance into a Lead Technologist role, offering a salaried position with a yearly salary range of $77,000–$115,000
  • Sign-on bonus opportunities for qualified candidates who are in the process of relocating to NH
