What You’ll Do
  • Provide outpatient clinical services for adults and families, including intake evaluations and direct treatment
  • Conduct assessments and documentation of client needs using Person-Centered Planning principles
  • Deliver individual and group therapy
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (e.g., psychiatrists, primary care physicians, school personnel, and other support providers)
  • Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
  • Complete timely clinical records and agency documentation consistent with program policies
  • Support discharge planning prior to case closure and maintain ethical professional standards
What You Need
Required
  • Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling
  • State of Michigan licensure (role requires corresponding Michigan licensure as described for LMSW)
  • Commitment to clinical documentation, professional ethics, and ongoing supervision/team participation

Preferred
  • Experience working with adult outpatient mental health needs and/or co-occurring substance abuse services (not required as years/experience not specified)
