- Experience: Preferred experience in outpatient mental health and co-occurring substance abuse treatment
Pay & Benefits:- Pay Range: $27.22 $39.67 per hour (dependent on licensing and experience)

What Youll Do:- Conduct intake assessments and develop client treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and support staff
- Document clinical activities and progress notes accurately and timely
- Maintain licensure and adhere to ethical standards
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and case consultations
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure documentation compliance
- Contribute to a supportive, team-oriented environment
- Meet contractual and agency requirements for client care
What You Need:- Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field
- Valid Michigan LMSW licensure
- 1+ years experience in outpatient behavioral health preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational skills
