Care Manager / Social Worker (BSW) Opportunity

Compensation & Benefits:
- Care Manager: Starting at $30.11+/hour (based on education and experience).
- Social Worker (BSW): Starting at $24.77+/hour (based on education and experience).

Care Manager Requirements:
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma from an accredited RN program (required).
- BSN (highly preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of acute care Med/Surg nursing experience.
- Active Kansas RN license.
Social Worker (BSW) Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related social services field (required).
- 2 years of hospital-based social work experience preferred.
- Active Kansas LBSW license.
