Pay & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $560,000 to $650,000/year, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
- Provide comprehensive urological care to adult and pediatric patients
- Perform minimally invasive surgeries, including robot-assisted procedures with da Vinci Xi systems
- Manage a variety of urological conditions using advanced diagnostics and treatment options
- Lead prostatectomy and cystectomy programs in collaboration with other providers
- Support outpatient office procedures such as cystoscopies, vasectomies, biopsies, and bladder/ prostate injections
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including subspecialty support and hospital staff
- Uphold high standards of patient care in a modern facility with up-to-date equipment
What You Need:
- Board Eligible/Certified in Urology
- Ohio Medical License (or eligible)
- At least 3 years of experience preferred; new grads considered
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
