What You’ll Do- Provide outpatient and inpatient urology consultations and procedures
- Utilize DaVinci robotic surgical system for procedures
- Manage a patient volume averaging 17–20 patients daily
- Participate in on-call rotations in a hospital-based outpatient setting
- Collaborate with a team of 2 other urologists and supportive ancillary staff
- Conduct clinic visits, diagnostic assessments, and follow-up care
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety
What You Need
Required:
- Ohio medical license and Board Certification in Urology
- Current DEA and Ohio state licensure
- Minimum 2 years post-residency experience in urology
Preferred:
- Experience with robotic surgery and outpatient care
- Ability to engage with a diverse patient population (50% adult, 50% geriatrics)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
