- Required Licenses/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, ACLS, BLS certifications
- Experience: Preferably 2+ years of Urology practice experience

What You’ll Do:- Diagnose and treat a diverse outpatient Urology patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
- Utilize advanced technology such as DaVinci surgical robotic system for procedures
- Manage patient consultations, follow-up visits, and pre/post-operative care
- Collaborate with a team of Urologists and primary care physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes
- Participate in on-call schedule (10 days per month) as needed
- Maintain documentation and use EMR system (EPIC) efficiently
- Contribute to patient education and health promotion efforts
What You Need:Required:- Ohio medical license with Urology certification (Board Certified or Eligible)
- ACLS and BLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years of Urology experience preferred
- Ability to work independently within a team setting
- Excellent communication and clinical skills
Preferred:- Experience with robotic surgical systems (DaVinci)
- Strong referral network management skills
- Willingness to relocate or live within 40 miles of facility
