    • Hours/Week: Approximately 40 hours/week

    • Required Licenses/Certifications: Ohio Medical License, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology, ACLS, BLS certifications
    • Experience: Preferably 2+ years of Urology practice experience

    What You’ll Do:
    • Diagnose and treat a diverse outpatient Urology patient population, including adult and geriatric patients
    • Utilize advanced technology such as DaVinci surgical robotic system for procedures
    • Manage patient consultations, follow-up visits, and pre/post-operative care
    • Collaborate with a team of Urologists and primary care physicians to ensure quality patient outcomes
    • Participate in on-call schedule (10 days per month) as needed
    • Maintain documentation and use EMR system (EPIC) efficiently
    • Contribute to patient education and health promotion efforts


    What You Need:
    Required:
    • Ohio medical license with Urology certification (Board Certified or Eligible)
    • ACLS and BLS certifications
    • Minimum 2 years of Urology experience preferred
    • Ability to work independently within a team setting
    • Excellent communication and clinical skills

    Preferred:
    • Experience with robotic surgical systems (DaVinci)
    • Strong referral network management skills
    • Willingness to relocate or live within 40 miles of facility
