365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Spine Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in the Quad Cities region of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.

Position Snapshot

  • $739,000 Guaranteed Compensation (First Two Years)

  • Production-Based Compensation Beginning Year 3

Practice Environment

Clinical Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive spine care across cervical, thoracic, and lumbar pathology

  • Perform complex spine procedures and reconstructive surgeries

  • Treat degenerative, traumatic, and deformity-related conditions

  • Participate in shared call coverage

  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to optimize patient outcomes

  • Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care


Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a fellowship-trained Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with expertise in:

  • Degenerative spine disorders

  • Cervical spine surgery

  • Thoracic spine surgery

  • Lumbar spine surgery

  • Traumatic spine conditions

  • Spinal deformity correction

Open to graduating fellows and experienced surgeons.


Qualifications

  • MD or DO

  • Fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Spine Surgery

  • ABOS Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • Iowa and Illinois licenses (or ability to obtain)

  • DEA certification

  • BLS certification

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills

  • Clean malpractice and license history
