Henry Ford Health Reproductive Medicine in Rochester Hills, Michigan is seeking a dynamic and experienced Division Director for Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) to lead a growing and highly respected academic-affiliated reproductive medicine program, overseeing clinical excellence, program development, and leadership of a multidisciplinary fertility care team in a high-demand outpatient specialty setting.

Job Description (Director Role)
  • Provide clinical and administrative leadership for the REI division
  • Oversee and guide a growing reproductive endocrinology and infertility program
  • Deliver specialized outpatient reproductive endocrinology care
  • Perform diagnostic and advanced fertility treatments and procedures
  • Lead quality improvement, clinical standards, and program growth initiatives
  • Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary clinical teams
  • Participate in strategic planning and development of reproductive medicine services
  • Manage clinic operations with limited inpatient or consultative responsibilities
  • Engage in call coverage and weekend rotation as determined by leadership
  • Ensure compliance with institutional, state, and national standards of care
