What You’ll Do
- Provide outpatient, inpatient, and clinic-based ENT care
- Build and develop a general ENT practice with an emphasis on Otology or Laryngology
- Collaborate with audiologists, APPs, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Manage a busy clinic with 20-25 patients daily, including new and follow-up visits
- Participate in a balanced call schedule, with low volume and optional ER call
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
- Support a patient-centered approach in a Level 3 Trauma facility
- Engage in continuous professional development and community outreach
What You Need
- Board Certified or TrulY Board Eligible with an intent to certify within 3 years
- Active Colorado medical license or eligibility
- Experience or training in Otology or Laryngology preferred
- Ability to work in outpatient setting with flexibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
