What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive, full-service ENT care to a wide referral base
- Manage an average 20–30 patients per day in clinic
- Perform surgeries across three OR locations, including Blanchard Valley Hospital, Bluffton Hospital, and Findlay Surgery Center
- Use advanced surgical technology, including da Vinci Xi Surgical Robots
- Collaborate with an onsite audiology team and relevant medical/surgical subspecialties
- Participate in a care team model with APP support for inpatient management
- Contribute to a collegial, flexible culture, with input into schedules and practice patterns
What You Need
Required
- Board-certified Otolaryngologist (ENT)
Preferred
- Experience in a surgical ENT practice (e.g., clinic + OR workflow)
- Comfort working in a collaborative care team model with APP support
