365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible OB/GYN Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Troy, New York.

Position Snapshot
- Compensation: $325,000 – $350,000 base + incentives
- Schedule: 50% Office / 50% Hospital
- Call: 1:3 rotation
- Weekend Coverage: 1:3
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care
- Perform deliveries and gynecologic surgeries
- Manage outpatient clinic visits and follow-ups
- Participate in call rotation and inpatient coverage
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care
Qualifications
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
- Strong clinical and communication skills
- Commitment to team-based care
Open to new graduates (2026/2027), early-career, and experienced physicians.
