Blanchard Valley Health System is actively seeking a highly skilled Neurologist to join our dedicated team serving patients across Northwest and Central Ohio. Position Highlights:

• Flexible Scheduling: Choose full-time or part-time hours, including options such as 2–5 days per week, 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts, or a rotating week on/week off schedule.
• Patient Care: Manage a predominantly outpatient practice with the ability to incorporate inpatient consultations. Enjoy the freedom to select your patient mix and practice at the top of your license.
• Procedures: Perform outpatient EEGs, inpatient EMGs, and other diagnostic procedures as appropriate.
• Workload & Call: Participate in a 1:3 outpatient call schedule with first-call support from APPs, ensuring manageable patient volumes and work-life balance.
• Teaching & Collaboration: Opportunities available to teach medical students and advanced practice trainees, supported by a full spectrum of medical and surgical specialists.
• Practice Environment & Support: Work within a Magnet-designated, CPC-accredited ASC with advanced certification in stroke care, including the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association Gold Plus Award and Joint Commission certification for stroke readiness. • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.

• Salary: $360,000–$400,000, commensurate with experience.
