365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified Neurology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Albany, New York.

Position Snapshot

• Base Salary: $340,000 – $360,000
• Sign-On Bonus: $25,000
• Retention Bonus: $15,000 (Year 2)
• Schedule: Monday–Friday outpatient clinic
• Employment Type: Full-time, permanent

Schedule & Coverage Model

• Outpatient-focused weekday schedule
• Shared rotational call among providers
• Limited inpatient responsibilities for consultation and rounding

Balanced model with strong outpatient focus and manageable call.

Practice Environment

• Established neurology group with multiple clinic locations
• Offices in Albany and Clifton Park
• Collaborative, physician-led team
• Strong support staff and infrastructure
• Epic EMR

Opportunities to collaborate with specialized programs including:

• MS and Headache Center
• Hospitalist teams
• Expanding neurology subspecialties

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient neurology care
• Perform and interpret:
  • EMG/NCS
  • EEG
• Participate in inpatient consultations and rounding
• Interpret sleep studies (optional)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care

Growth & Specialization Opportunities

Qualifications

• Board Certified in Neurology(required)
• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)
• DEA certification
• Ability to perform EMG/NCS and EEG
• Clean malpractice and license history

Open to early-career and experienced physicians.

Compensation & Benefits

• $340K–$360K base salary
