What You’ll Do- Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a 35-bed Level III NICU
- Manage a high-acuity neonatal population (average daily census 25–29 infants)
- Support NICU clinical volume (approximately 370–400 annual NICU admissions and 3,400–3,900 deliveries per year)
- Deliver advanced neonatal interventions, including high-frequency ventilation and therapeutic hypothermia
- Participate in structured family-centered rounding (about two weeks per month) in collaboration with the Family Medicine Residency Program
- Work as part of a collaborative neonatology team with 4 neonatologists and rotating service coverage
- Provide/coordinate care in a setting with 24/7 neonatal nurse practitioner (NNP) coverage
- Collaborate with pediatric subspecialists (e.g., Cardiology, Pediatric Surgery, Ophthalmology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine)
What You Need
Required
- Completion of a Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine fellowship (or completing fellowship)
- Board eligibility (eligible for boards, per description)
- Willingness to reside locally (residency required in the immediate local area); relocation may be required

- Experience or training aligning with advanced Level III NICU care and high-acuity neonatal interventions
