What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care in a 30-bed Level 3 NICU with approximately 17 patients daily
- Manage care for over 400 NICU admissions annually
- Collaborate closely with a team of 7 neonatologists and multidisciplinary staff
- Participate in clinical care, including advanced neonatal procedures such as HFOV, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic cooling
- Engage in teaching and mentoring residents, students, and new staff
- Support a regional perinatal center with ~4,000 deliveries annually
- Foster a supportive environment for families and staff, emphasizing quality and compassionate care
- Comply with hospital policies, standards, and quality improvement initiatives
What You Need:
- Valid New Jersey medical license
- Board certification or eligibility in Neonatology
- Prior neonatal intensive care experience preferred
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Commitment to excellent patient care and safety
