Pay & Benefits:
- Starting salary from $265,000 annually with annual increases

What You’ll Do:
- Provide neonatology care at two Level III NICUs: Mercy Hospital (43 beds, ADC 29) and Norman Regional Hospital (26 beds, ADC 14)
- Manage complex neonatal cases using HFOV, jet ventilators, and other advanced support tools
- Collaborate with a team of 6 neonatologists and hospital staff in a private practice setting
- Offer comprehensive care including ventilator management, patient assessments, and treatment planning
- Support and communicate with NNPs and hospital team on a 24/7 basis
- Contribute to outpatient and inpatient neonatal services, ensuring high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in hospital protocols and community health initiatives
What You Need:
- BC/BE in Neonatology
- Oklahoma medical license or eligible for licensure
- Excellent clinical skills and teamwork orientation
- Ability to thrive in a collegial, community-oriented environment
