What Youll Do
Provide expert neonatal care in a modern, 70-bed Level III NICU
Manage critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced therapies
Utilize advanced NICU technologies such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurse practitioners, pediatric specialists, and surgeons
Participate in rounding, shared call, and academic teaching responsibilities
Educate and mentor pediatric residents and medical students
Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal care initiatives
Focus exclusively on NICU responsibilities, with no nursery duties
What You Need
Valid medical license in Georgia
Board Certification or eligibility in Neonatology
At least 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience preferred
Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, family-centered environment
