What You’ll Do
  • Provide expert neonatal care in a modern, 70-bed Level III NICU
  • Manage critically ill and premature newborns requiring advanced therapies
  • Utilize advanced NICU technologies such as high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide, and total body cooling
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including neonatologists, nurse practitioners, pediatric specialists, and surgeons
  • Participate in rounding, shared call, and academic teaching responsibilities
  • Educate and mentor pediatric residents and medical students
  • Contribute to quality improvement and evidence-based neonatal care initiatives
  • Focus exclusively on NICU responsibilities, with no nursery duties
What You Need
  • Valid medical license in Georgia
  • Board Certification or eligibility in Neonatology
  • At least 2 years of neonatal intensive care experience preferred
  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and clinical skills
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, family-centered environment

This is a permanent, full-time position based at a leading facility in Macon, Georgia, offering advanced neonatal services in a well-equipped 70-bed Level III NICU.
