What You’ll Do:
  • Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU setting across four hospitals
  • Participate in patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning in accordance with best practices
  • Oversee neonatal ventilation procedures including iNO and high-frequency ventilation
  • Manage transport and stabilization of neonates between facilities
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
  • Support quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
  • Rotate through various hospital locations every month to ensure diverse patient care experience

What You Need:
  • Neonatology Board Certification or Eligibility (within 5 years for new graduates)
  • Valid medical license in Nevada preferred or pending license
  • 0+ years of Neonatology experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality neonatal care
