What You’ll Do:
- Provide expert neonatal care in a Level-III NICU setting across four hospitals
- Participate in patient assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning in accordance with best practices
- Oversee neonatal ventilation procedures including iNO and high-frequency ventilation
- Manage transport and stabilization of neonates between facilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care
- Support quality improvement and clinical research initiatives
- Rotate through various hospital locations every month to ensure diverse patient care experience
What You Need:
- Neonatology Board Certification or Eligibility (within 5 years for new graduates)
- Valid medical license in Nevada preferred or pending license
- 0+ years of Neonatology experience; recent graduates encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to delivering high-quality neonatal care
