Work Schedule: Flexible shifts at in-house NICU, approximately 40 hours/week
Experience: Board Certified/Eligible Neonatologist with valid license in Missouri or eligibility to obtain one
Certifications: Board Certification required; current Neonatal Certification preferred
Other Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of NICU experience preferred

What Youll Do
Provide in-house neonatal intensive care for critically ill newborns in a Level-IIIB NICU
Manage neonatal emergencies using advanced therapies such as inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), high-frequency ventilation, and hypothermia treatments
Care for extremely low gestational age infants, including those as young as 22 weeks
Collaborate with a team of board-certified neonatologists and neonatal nurse practitioners
Oversee and support NICU and Well-Baby units as needed
Engage in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to regional neonatal care coordination
Support out-of-house coverage through telehealth services
What You Need
Valid medical license in Missouri or eligible for licensure
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neonatology
Minimum 2 years NICU experience preferred
Basic life support and neonatal resuscitation certifications
Strong communication and teamwork skills
