365 Healthcare is seeking an experienced Hospitalist Nocturnist (IM or FM) for a permanent, full-time opportunity in Syracuse, New York. This is a high-quality, physician-led inpatient program offering a predictable block schedule, strong specialty support, and competitive compensation in a stable employed model.

Schedule & Coverage Model

• 7-On / 7-Off rotation

• 12-hour night shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

• Weekends included in rotation

• No additional on-call requirement

• Full-time employed position

Practice Overview

• Hospital-based inpatient medicine

• Closed ICU overnight (hospitalist rounds on own patients)

• Established nocturnist workflow

• Strong subspecialty and critical care backup

• Collaborative multidisciplinary team

• Physician-led governance structure

• EMR: Epic

This is a mature, well-supported program — not a startup model.

Clinical Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive overnight inpatient care

• Admit and manage hospitalized adult patients

• Perform detailed histories and physical exams

• Respond to acute clinical changes

• Coordinate care with consulting services

• Document thoroughly and accurately in Epic

• Support discharge planning and care transitions

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based inpatient care

Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 2 years)

  • Internal Medicine or Family Medicine

• Active New York license (or ability to obtain)

• DEA certification

• Clean malpractice and license history

• Hospitalist or nocturnist experience required

• No new graduates

• Visa sponsorship not available

• Recent NPDB self-query required

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $320,320 annually
Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
