Pay & Benefits- Pay Package: Base salary range $190,000 – $230,000 (discussed during interview)
- Hourly Rate: Approximate $1.00/hr (please verify during application process)

What You’ll Do- Perform newborn nursery examinations and assessments
- Conduct circumcisions and other newborn procedures
- Participate in pediatric resident and medical student education
- Collaborate with pediatric intensivists, neonatologists, and hospitalists
- Work closely with dedicated newborn nursing team trained in transitional, newborn, and couplet care
- Utilize Certified Lactation Specialist support available year-round
- Provide care in a state-of-the-art 58-bed Level 3 NICU with 24/7 in-house neonatology coverage
- Leverage comprehensive pediatric subspecialty support, including pediatric surgery
- Contribute to a patient-centered, collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence
What You Need- Valid MD/DO license in Nevada or eligibility
- Pediatric residency completed
- At least 1 year of pediatric hospitalist experience preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, compassionate environment
