Pay & Benefits
  • Compensation: $525,000 – $625,000 annually (based on MGMA standards, experience, and training)

What You’ll Do
  • Provide comprehensive hematology and oncology care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
  • Manage outpatient clinics and inpatient hospital services
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and support staff
  • Engage in case discussions via peer-to-peer consultations with MD Anderson
  • Contribute to the growth of regional cancer care programs
  • Participate in teaching and potential research initiatives due to academic affiliations
  • Support satellite clinics in the region as needed

What You Need
Required:
  • Medical license in Michigan
  • Board Certification in Hematology and Oncology
  • Active BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
  • 3+ years of clinical experience preferred
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Preferred:
  • Experience with academic or research settings
  • Interest in teaching and mentorship opportunities
  • Willingness to support satellite clinics and travel as needed
