365 Healthcare is recruiting a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematology Oncology Physician for a full-time permanent opportunity in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Position Snapshot
- Schedule: Primarily outpatient clinic-based
- Clinical Time: ~36 patient-facing hours per week (1.0 FTE)
- Call: Shared call rotation (weekends/holidays only)
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Practice Environment
- Practice across two cancer centers within the same health system
- Collaborative team of 5 Hem/Onc physicians
- Comprehensive oncology service line including:
- Radiation Oncology
- Surgical Oncology
- Neuro Oncology
- Breast, Thoracic, and Colorectal surgery
- Affiliation with University of Michigan for research and clinical trials
- Epic EMR
Extensive support services include:
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Infusion services
- Nurse navigation and triage
- Care management and social work
- Genetics and financial counseling
- Research and clinical trials infrastructure
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provide full-spectrum hematology and oncology care
- Manage new patient consultations, active treatment, and follow-ups
- Supervise infusion services
- Participate in inpatient rounding as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams
- Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based cancer care
Qualifications
- Fellowship-trained in Hematology/Oncology
- Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be certified within 2 years)
- Active Michigan license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification (or ability to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certification
- Clean malpractice and license history
Open to new graduates and experienced physicians.
Open to H-1B visa candidates (no J-1 support).
