What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult and/or family medicine patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions
- Conduct preventive care visits and wellness exams
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with specialists as needed
- Document care accurately using EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Participate in shared on-call responsibilities and quality initiatives
- Build ongoing relationships with patients and support community health efforts
What You Need:
- Active State Medical License for Michigan or eligibility
- Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Minimum of 1-year clinical experience preferred, new grads welcome
- Strong communication and patient-focused skills
