Pay & Benefits:

What You’ll Do:
  • Provide high-quality outpatient primary care to adult patients in a busy community clinic.
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic illnesses, emphasizing preventive care.
  • Conduct patient assessments, including histories, exams, and diagnostics.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical guidelines.
  • Counsel patients and families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams and community resources.
  • Document medical encounters accurately within the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Support quality improvement initiatives and adhere to healthcare regulations.
  • Engage in continuing education to stay current with medical advancements.


What You Need:

  • Required:
    • Texas medical license
    • Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
    • Prior outpatient primary care experience

  • Preferred:
    • Bilingual skills or experience serving diverse populations
    • Strong communication and team collaboration skills
