What You’ll Do
  • Provide high-acuity, evidence-based neonatal care in a multi-site NICU environment
  • Manage care for approximately 1,700 NICU admissions annually
  • Perform advanced neonatal procedures including high-frequency ventilation, inhaled nitric oxide therapy, and total body cooling for HIE
  • Participate in neonatal transport and emergency stabilization
  • Collaborate with neonatologists and pediatric subspecialists to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Rotate through facilities and shifts to support 24/7 coverage
  • Engage in quality improvement, mentorship, and ongoing professional development
  • Support families emotionally and educationally during their NICU journey
What You Need
  • Valid RN license and Nurse Practitioner certification
  • Neonatal ICU experience (minimum 2 years preferred)
  • Strong clinical skills in advanced neonatal interventions
  • Compassionate communication and teamwork skills
