What You’ll Do:- Provide neonatal specialty patient care in a Level-IIIB NICU environment
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary NICU team to deliver high-quality care
- Engage in quality improvement initiatives and staff education activities
- Support families with patient-centered care and NICU family support programs
- Participate in new graduate mentorship and ongoing professional development
- Utilize advanced neonatal ventilator and supportive equipment
- Contribute to hospital programs like Angel Eye for family-patient connectivity
What You Need:
Required:
- Board Certified Neonatal NP (no PAs, FNP, or PNP accepted)
- Valid NP license in Missouri
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced NICU setting
Preferred:
- Prior neonatal intensive care experience
- Commitment to patient and family-centered care
- Enthusiasm for quality improvement and staff education
