What You’ll Do
- Provide neonatal care across Level II NICUs and newborn nurseries in multiple hospitals
- Attend deliveries, no transport responsibilities required
- Collaborate with a team of neonatologists, pediatricians, and advanced practice providers
- Function with a high level of autonomy supported by in-house neonatologist coverage
- Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
- Maintain high standards of neonatal care aligned with facility protocols
What You Need
Required:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida
- Neonatal or Neonatal Intensive Care (NICU) experience
- Strong clinical skills in neonatal patient management
- Ability to work independently within a multidisciplinary team
Preferred:
- Certification as Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)
- Previous experience in Level II NICU settings
